CURERING Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to feel confident when you buy a CURERING.
If something is not right, this page explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

Quick summary:

  • Return window: 30 days from the day your CURERING is delivered
  • Condition: Ring must be in good working order, with no major damage, and include all accessories
  • Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (INCLUDING INTERNATIONAL RETURNS), unless the item is faulty/incorrect or local law requires otherwise.
  • Applies to purchases made directly via shop.axondao.io only

This policy does not replace or limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

1. Eligibility for Return

You may return your CURERING within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The ring is in full working condition and free from major scratches, cracks, or impact damage.

  • It is returned with all original accessories and packaging, including the charging dock, cable, and any documentation.

  • It was purchased directly from shop.axondao.io. For CURERINGS bought through a third-party retailer, please follow their return process.

Light signs of normal handling are okay. We may decline a return or apply a partial refund if the product shows heavy wear, misuse, or missing parts.

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Digital products, app subscriptions, or any other non-physical services.

  • Promotional or final sale items clearly marked as non-returnable at checkout.

  • Sizing tools or kits (if supplied), as these are considered consumables.

  • Units that have been intentionally damaged, altered, or opened for repair by an unauthorized party.

Defective or damaged-on-arrival items are handled under Warranty and Faulty Items below.

3. Exchanges (Size or Replacement)

We currently support exchanges for:

  • Size changes of the same CURERING model and colour, subject to stock availability.

  • Replacement of a unit that arrives defective or develops a manufacturing fault within the warranty period.

Exchanges require a return to be completed first. For sizing or preference-based exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including international shipping, unless local law requires otherwise.

If you would like a different colour or model, please request a return for refund and place a new order.

4. How to Start a Return

To start a return within the 30-day window:

  • Contact us at customersupport@axondao.io with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will confirm eligibility and send you return instructions and, where applicable, a return label.
  • Pack your CURERING securely with all accessories and original packaging.
  • Ship the package using the label provided or your chosen tracked service, as explained in our email.
    • Please note: for change-of-mind returns (including sizing exchanges), customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including international shipping, unless local law requires otherwise.
  • We will email you once your return has been received and inspected.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • For change-of-mind returns, such as preference or fit, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless local law requires otherwise.

  • For faulty items or incorrect items sent by us, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs, subject to proof of postage.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit if they are not sent using our label.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and, if approved:

  • Process a refund to your original payment method. This may be a card, bank transfer, or other method used at checkout.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days from the date we approve the return. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees, import duties, and any third-party processing or network fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

  • If your return arrives heavily worn, missing accessories, or otherwise not in its original condition, we may issue a partial refund or decline the return.

7. Warranty and Faulty Items

CURERING is covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of delivery.

If you believe your ring is defective:

  1. Contact us at customersupport@axondao.io with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or a short video if possible.

  2. Our support team will help troubleshoot and, if needed, approve a warranty return or replacement.

  3. For confirmed manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace your CURERING at no additional cost and cover reasonable shipping costs.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches or cosmetic changes.

  • Damage from accidents, drops, impact, water beyond the rated resistance, or misuse.

  • Damage caused by unauthorised repairs, modifications, or use outside the recommended guidelines.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after we confirm that it has been processed:

  1. Check your bank, card statement, or payment account again.

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  3. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at customersupport@axondao.io.
